Verification For Employment
We also offer I-9 Verification services for Employment Eligibility for Remote Hires. We will meet with your new hire, verify their identification documents, and complete Section 2 of the I-9 Form, as required for all employers.
Authentication certificates
Authentication certificates are used for destination nations that are not part of the Hague Convention. Instead of a single apostille, the document needs several authentication certificates, including those from your commissioning agency, the U.S. Department of State, the consul of the destination country and potentially another government official in the destination country.
Remote Online Notary (RON)
RON is the process of notarizing a document remotely through the use of electronic signature, identity verification, audio-visual communication and electronic notarial journal and record keeping technologies.
Fingerprinting
Don’t waste your day traveling to get your fingerprinting service needs met, we come to you or your office. I am a trained fingerprinting specialist will come to you with all the necessary equipment and materials (ink & roll), including the fingerprinting cards (FBI FD-258 cards). Getting your fingerprinting handled is simple, make sure to have a picture I.D. for identity verification or a state-issued ID, driver’s license, passport, or military I.D.
After the fingerprints have been processed, we will give you the completed fingerprint cards to take with you and your service is complete.
Loan Signing
As a loan signing agent, my duties are to certify and notarize financial and legal documentation related to loan documents. As a loan signing agent I work adjacent to the real estate industry. I will certify any real estate transaction, such as new home loans, reverse mortgages, refinancing, closing contracts, and property transfers.
Apostilles
Apostilles are used when public documents are being transferred between countries that are a party to the Hague Apostille Convention of 1961. This international treaty streamlined the cumbersome, traditional procedure for authenticating documents.
An apostille is issued by your Secretary of State’s office or Notary commissioning agency. The single apostille is the only certification needed. Once prepared and verified, the apostille is attached to and sent along with the notarized documents. Notaries cannot issue apostilles themselves. This all happens after the notarization and requires no action on your part.
After the fingerprints have been processed, we will give you the completed fingerprint cards to take with you and your service is complete.
